Howdy, on this page i have listed & linked all the `oddities` that i have picked up over the years, currently i have 38 of these which fit into several categories;
  • Unlabelled records; i.e. side A or B label missing, I have 7 of these, 6 of which are unique
  • Miss pressed records; these are the most sought after, I have 5 of these 1 of which are unique
  • Double A or double B side miss labels; I have 6 of these 2 of which are unique
  • Miss labeled / offset labels; I have 4 of these 3 of which are unique
  • Picture discs w/ missing picture, partial or total; I have 4 of these 1 of which is unique
  • Wrongly labeled records; I have 3 of these 2 of which is unique
  • Upside down labels; I have 1 of these which is unique
  • Switched labels; I have 1 of these which is unique
  • Picture discs w/ doubled picture; I have 1 of these which is unique
  • Miss pressed cover; I have 1 of these which is unique
  • Miss pressed cd`s; I have 1 of these which is unique
  • Miss printed labels; I have 1 of these which is unique
  • Records w/ one White label / one regular label; I have 1 of these which is unique

  1. music for nations France 83, first label with first cover & inner sleeve, unlabelled on side two (MFN 7)
    NOTES;
    one copy located in England, owned by Hector
    a side label is correct but side two is completely blank, this was pressed like this and has not been altered

  2. music for nations England 84, third label, miss labeled w/ `Twelfth Night` `art & illusions` on b-side label (MFN 7)
    NOTES;
    one known copy, located in England, owned by Hector, bears the 2nd MFN label
    the Twelfth Night album was released in 1984 (MFN 36) which dates this to 1984

  3. music for nations England 86, picture disc, part of picture on side 2 missing (MFN 7P)
    NOTES
    three copies known, all are first pressings;
    one copy located in England, owned by Hector, this is missing a section near the base of the rear picture
    one copy located in Greece, owned by Vasilios, this is missing a section near the base of the rear picture
    one copy located in Norway, owned by Henning, details unknown

    this comes in a plain black cover and is missing the label on side a, the b-side label has `anthrax anti-social` written on it by some dumb ass previous owner, this is not to be confused with the pirate copy

    this record has both labels printed upside down, tracklist details can be seen clearly back to front!

    NOTES;
    four known miss labeled copies exist, label is 5cm off center!!;

    two copies located in Germany, owned by Jochen both housed in first press covers, one 5cm offset one 3 cm offset one copies location is currently unknown

  5. music for nations England 84, red vinyl, first press w/ plain white label on the a-side (CV12 KUT 105)
    NOTES;

  6. music for nations England 88, miss pressed, plays W.A.S.P. - `animal f**k like a beast` tracks (12KUT 105)
    NOTES;
    very unusual miss pressing,  the two tracks on this single are from the W.A.S.P. 12" from 1988 which has a similar catalogue number; (12KUT 109), this 12" has the `made in England` labels and the cover has a barcode on the back

    basically this has had the tracks off the gatefold 2lp version pressed on side two instead of the normal side two, these two tracks play at 45rpm
