   the bootleg copy first appeared around `99 and is probably german in origin, cover is brighter, cd has a larger `clear` center, pink covered versions date from `02/`03, this copy has the same matrix as the original cd but has a larger clear center

   for some reason this cd does not say promo on it anywhere, it also only lists 18 tracks but plays 19
