One track was left off of this version so that it would qualify as a 12" single, has yellow labels, info sheets are for dealers to show to retailers and are very unusual!

ADDITIONAL;
There is also a Garage Days 12" which was available in the `The Good, The Bad & The Live..` box set, this is different to any of the other releases and has no country of origin listed, the labels are yellow and are similar to the labels on the uk press (#5) but are a different shade of yellow

It appears that the pre-title; `The $5.98 E.P.` was a later addition to the title as neither of the known test pressings list that bit
ADDITIONAL ADDITIONAL;
In an auction on eBay (05/2007) there was an old Samhain flyer from Glenn Danzig sold that had a message from Danzig on the back about Metallica asking for permission to cover `Green Hell` (no mention of `Last Caress`) Glenn also stated they wanted to do `London Dungeon` but he said no!, this was on a flyer from around March 1986 - this is a year and a half before they released `Garage Days` though
