   NOTES;
   one known copy of the miss label exists, located in England, owned by Hector
   a-side label has all the black text missing, b-side label is normal
   this record is often listed as being german or english, labels say "made in holland", inner sleeve says "made in germany" EXTRA;
   i also have an uncut `proof` copy of the lp cover & inner sleeve for this release

   there is also a korean six track mini lp with the same tracklist as these fouR mini lp`s, some people list it as `creeping death/jump in the fire`, i list it with the other `jump in the fire` 12"`s due to the fact that it bears the `jump` artwork on the front cover
