    NOTES;
    albums #1 - #5 all have the original sized "kill `em all" title on the front
    later elektra & vertigo releases had a smaller title, this was designed to show to customers that the cd had been changed

    these roadrunner cd`s are the rarest metallica cd`s, until sept 2006 no authenticated copies had surfaced

    it also lists `thorn within` as the last track but plays `mama said`
