    all housed in a vertigo records 8" x 12" black folder with; Metallica St. Anger 9th june on it

    same as above but this copy has a mercury records promo sticker on the front with a space for a release date but no release date written on

    NOTES;
    this version was released in sweden but is the same cd set as in england
    comes with a 8" x 12" four page fold out booklet with album details & band history in swedish & a 24" x 16" numbered poster

  6. vertigo new zealand 03, fourteen track double cd set in black digipack cover (SACDP1)
    NOTES;
    almost identical to the european 2cd set but bears `made in new zealand` on the back cover & on the cd`s
    these copies are limited to 3000 and were given away free through certain australian & new zealand stored if you pre-ordered the album
    this is a total **** to try and scan
